N.C. Primary Election Still on Time

A federal three-judge panel ruled against a group requesting that North Carolina's May 6 primary be delayed in order to address their claim that some voting districts were improperly drawn.

We look at the decision and what the ongoing lawsuit could mean for North Carolina voters.
